Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for any appointment modifications, rescheduling or cancellations. We fully understand that there are some situations, such as being sick, that result in appointment changes on short notice. Last minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact the salon, as the short notice leaves us with little to no time to fill the spot.
For all colour appointments we require a mandatory deposit of $100 to secure your appointment that will go towards your final bill. Deposits can be made by E-transfer, Debit or Credit Card over the phone or in person during your consultation.
No cancellation fee will be applied to any illness or unforeseen circumstance and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
